Rebecca Oakes has worked in human resources since 1998 — more than 25 years of hiring, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and the hard conversations in between. Over that time she has built and run HR functions for organizations of every size, and she founded RouteHR to put that experience to work for one specific group: the owners who deliver FedEx Ground packages every day.

RouteHR was created because Independent Service Providers deserve an expert, dedicated HR back office — not a generalist call center. ISP owners carry a full employer's workload: driver qualification files that must be right before a driver's first route, DOT and state wage compliance, income withholding orders, employee relations and discipline, and the surge of peak season. Rebecca and the RouteHR team handle all of it, so owners can focus on running their routes with peace of mind.

RouteHR is a dba of HRCloud LLC, based in Rochester, Michigan. We work remotely with Independent Service Providers across Michigan, acting as their HR department — from the first application to the final paycheck.
